I bought these to replace my older broken or scratched crystal CD cases, as well as replacements for the new cardboard CD cases that don't fit in my CD racks properly. The center CD-gripper fingers grip the CD securely, yet yield easily when pushed in order to release the CD for removal. Bought these due to getting 3 (2 CD items) and because the cases not having the CDs separated individually (had the CDs separated by a plastic middle piece with 4 round circles near the outer edge and with each CD held in place by the middle piece. Problem was that the 2 CDs backside were touching each other in the 4 round circles and because of this had to be VERY CAREFUL removing the CDs from each other. Ended up purchasing these CD cases so I could put each CD in their own case (to make sure it would be easy to remove them and prevent damage to them). The cases came in GOOD CONDITION. The cases are like what would have been used by the Company that makes and packages the CDs. The cases are thick and durable. The CDs fit without difficulty. Will continue to purchase if needing to.
