Well made & perfect for12 hr shifts! It appears to be built just as sturdy as my clinical bag. Main compartmant has plenty of room. At least 2 typical sized meal prep containers or multiple "carry-out style" pint containers fit. Separate front pocket is perfect for separating your eating utensils, water flavoring packets, condiments, snacks, gum, or chapstick. The two side pockets for drinks are super nice! My water bottles are just moderate sized (Contigo & Tal brands) and fit perfectly. (I haven't tried any Stanley sized cups yet so I cant comment on that).
