I bought hmthis to replace my existing cover that had a crack. The replacement is smaller so I had to replace with the new shorter brackets, I put them in the same screw holes. It seemed good until I tried to open the vent and it wouldn't because it was hitting the vent cover. Had to relocate brackets and re-seal everything including the old screw holes. Very dissatisfied that the company updated the cover about an inch or two smaller to save 10 cents. Made a 5 minute job turn into an hour. At least offer replacement vent covers of the same size as the "old" model size. All in all its done and will serve it's purpose but what a joke. Read more
