Substantial Concealer

Update - September 2024. I needed to order a new concealer because the last one that I ordered broke off almost immediately, and then became a mushy mess. At this price point, it wasn't worth struggling with, even though I try to be thrifty in using products that I pay for. The re-order came a few days ago, and it was already broken in the original package. I'm not sure what could have happened in between manufacturing/packaging and delivery to have that happen? I reported it to Amazon and they sent me a replacement. This one did arrive intact, which is a good start. I still like the product, but I definitely wish that it was more stable like it used to be. ----------------------------------------- I've had this type of concealer in my makeup bag forever. It does a great job of helping even out skin tone, especially under my eyes, or discolorations on my skin. The reason that I'm not giving a higher rating is that the last tube that I ordered ended up breaking off at the base after minimal use. It wasn't like I was being rough with it, either. Am wondering if they changed the formulation and it doesn't have as much substance to the formula that it's had in the past. It's a nuisance to keep gently pushing it back into the tube when it's trying to break off further with use. Still a good product for coverage and ease of blending on the skin, but inconvenient that it's broken. Read more
