This is a high quality item. It is heavy duty with a very nice, true white finish. The slow-close lid works perfectly. The single hinge has a clean and minimalist look while holding the seat firmly in place. Installation is simple but it was helpful to have one person hold the seat in the proper position while another person tightens the bolts. Read more

Just got this minutes ago. Don't be surprised by the packaging, comes in a plain brown cardboard box. I did not see where they stated it was not going to look like the pictures that are posted in the ad. No where on it does it state it's made in the USA which I am not happy about. This toilet seat while looking nice is made of pressed/molded MDF type wood so it is not durable and cracked less then a month of light use. The seat it replaced was a $20 walmart special that lasted longer then this nearly $50 toilet seat. Look elsewhere for dualrability. Read more
