I tried putting a scoop in a very large mug of coffee but I could still taste it and it tasted like powdered celery. I like celery but not in coffee. I came up with the idea to get some V8 vegetable juice and put a scoop in a glass of it each morning. This did the trick. Since the V8 already has and tastes like celery this just enhances the flavor.
