I love these gloves. They are durable (unless you get them near heat) and do a really nice job of protecting your hands, including from blisters. But the best thing is they weigh almost nothing and pack up super small, so there is not ever a reason not to have gloves with you. I have a pair in my work EDC bag, a pair in my camping backpack, and a pair in my truck. They don't last forever, but they last a heck of a lot longer than you would expect them to.
