Purchased used and it was in perfect condition although the box was quite battered.The inside foam and extra thick cardboard protected it well. I ordered a 26 inch mirror but received a 28 inch one instead. I got it for a 36 inch bathroom vanity, but the 28 inch mirror actually ended up being the better size!
