Shockingly, it was fairly difficult for me to find a nice container with a lid (for my cotton rounds) that would sit nicely on a shelf within our medicine cabinet. Of course I wanted something that wouldn’t break if it fell into the sink, be transparent, keep my cotton rounds clean, plus have a modern look so that I would be happy each time I opened the cabinet door. Decent quality especially for the price, I bought 2 sets (4 total) to hold small bathroom essentials. Q-tips, little floss things, little square packaged pads fit well in them. Round cotton pads were fine but couldn't fit as many as I had hoped. They are made of plastic/acrylic and came well packaged. There were some small flaws but nothing noticeable unless you were really looking for it. The lids fit really well and almost snap in but not in a way that makes them difficult to open. They are very cute and modern and provided a less expensive alternative to similar items that I found for around $10 each at a certain storage themed shop. Read more

UPDATE: I liked these containers to hold dental picks and cotton swabs. I ordered 2 additional for other storage needs. I like how they look and they fit more than you would expect. The only thing I find odd is how Amazon packages items for shipment. They typically overpackage things that aren't fragile, using bubble wrap and inflated balloon wrap. When these arrived, they were in a plain paper envelope. Luckily, they did not crack during shipment. I recently got 1 button battery in a box that could probably fit 1000 of them and it was filled with packaging. Why was this not protected Amazon? Just weird. OLDER REVIEW: I needed 2 containers in that size and shape to hold Q-tips and plastic floss picks. These do the job perfectly. I recently started using cloth makeup remover discs instead of wipes to remove my eye and face makeup. The ones I prefer (from Amazon) are round and a smidge over 3" in diameter. I had the toughest time finding an attractive container to store them in my bathroom to make them easy to access each night. So many round containers are designed for the disposible round makeup disks, which are 2.5" in diameter, which will not work for my needs. I found these and they work perfectly to store my discs vertically and still allow them to be removed one at a time. Since these containers come as a pair, I am able to keep the darker ones separate from the lighter ones. They can be placed on a countertop or shelf (as shown in the photo) or in a cabinet drawer (which is what I do) with or without the lids. The height even with the lid still allows my cabinet drawers to close, though you'd have to measure yours to ensure they would still work. They arrived well-packaged and not a crack in sight. I do have one tiny critique for them which other reviewers commented on, which is that the tape pieces they used to hold the lid on leaves a gummy residue. I was super careful in removing mine and it barely left a mark but I can still see it. I definitely would NOT use any solvent to try and remove it or you could totally mess up that plastic lid. To be honest, I don't think any tape is required to keep that lid on during shipment, so I would skip it if I were the seller. Read more

They are very nice! i got the all white ones, not see through. Silver tops. Made of all plastic. Simple and nice. Fits a lot of QTips and the Q tips stand upright. Someone said they dont, but maybe they buy different qtips, I buy the ones with cardboard handles, not plastic. Not sure if qtips are in different sizes. But mine fit perfect upright. Other one is used for cotton swabs. They are small but not too small. perfect for our tiny home, tiny spaces and look nice! Read more

I think these have a very nice modern look and really want to like them. There's something wrong with the manufacturing because the clear plastic has many imperfections in it. One of the containers I received had an entire face that looked scuffed and scratched, which I thought was probably from sliding around the bottom of the shipping box. It's almost impossible to capture in a photo even though it's completely obvious when looking at it in indirect light. I did not message the seller, but instead requested an exchange through Amazon. The seller responded back with a canned reply and Amazon sent a replacement. Though not as bad, upon closer inspection, the replacements (and the other container in the first package) have similar problems. These aren't scratches and scuffs from shipping. There are many swirls, whorls, opaque spots and dots, distortions, etc. that I don't see in other plastic containers like this and certainly not in glass. In the end, they are "good enough" to keep and put up with the imperfections, but I'd expect to pay a few dollars less for a product of this quality. Read more
