We have been using ours for about a month. They are suctioned to the glass wall of our shower. We tried to put them on our large slate tile but they would not hold. Probably due to the unevenness of the tile. However, they have held tight on the glass. We only put a wash cloth on them so for that we can say it works well. It is really nice to have a place to hang our wash cloths in the shower now. Read more

I tried one more time after I wrote the review. I did get the second one to work after a significant amount of water and patting then a smaller amount of water and it worked perfectly. I apologize for my first review. They were what I wanted! Read more

I would like a replacement sent for one of my rods. The suction didn't work on the left side and now I believe it is stripped. I can't unlock it or make it tighter. The other rod is fine, adhesive, suction is good. It is only the left side of one rod. Can I please get a replacement. Thank you. I have not heard from anyone. Please respond. Can someone please respond to me? I have had no communication on this product. All the money that I spend with Amazon and nothing. Read more

I’ve now gone through two sets of these things. They install usually enough, and they stay up for a few weeks. But when they fall off and you have to reattach them, the suction cup becomes detached from the assembly, and you can’t reinstall it. So it’s useless once you break the suction cup assembly. They’re made in China, so what should I expect? And it’s too bad, because they look nice and they’re functional when they work. But when they break, they’re done! For the price of buying two sets, I could’ve just bought a couple decent ones and been done with it. I’m looking at the big box stores for something better. Read more

I purchased these 9 months ago. They were slightly challenging to install (not intuitive) but stayed put for about 3 months. Every 3 months I had to reinstall. Then, at the 9 month mar, the plastic, inside where the spring touches, broke. I fix everything but couldn't fix this. Landfill. Less than 2 weeks later, same thing happened to the second one. Now 2 in the landfills. I'm going to stick to suction next time, no fancy spring loaded breaking plastic. Read more

AFter all these years, I finally have reliable, sturdy racks for my dish cloths. Once I figured out the directions (need to get the right amount of wetness on the rubber pads to adhere to the wall---backsplash), they 'installed' like a charm. So far, they don't slip, and are staying in the place I put them. The design is ingenious, actually, when so many other suction cup cloth racks just fall off the backsplash. At last, I have something that works well! So pleased. Read more

This is exactly what I ordered was sick of leaving towels on sink. I stuck these on the mirror and wall and the stayed. They are heavy quality with a good dial to hold. I love these. Read more
