Feels solid in the hand and slices clean through veggies and meat without fighting me. the edge came sharp and it holds up well after a few dinners, just a quick hone and it’s back. the handle has a comfy grip so it doesn’t slip when things get a bit messy. weight is balanced enough that long prep doesn’t tire my wrist. not dishwasher safe but it rinses and wipes dry fast. easy reccomend if you want a tough daily knife that looks cool too. I was really impressed with this knife overall. It did arrive with a couple of sharp edges on the metal frame, but nothing a small file couldn’t smooth out in a few minutes. Once that was taken care of, the knife felt fantastic in the hand. The finger hole is a genuinely useful feature — it gives you excellent control when making precise cuts and makes the knife feel more secure during field work. The wooden handle is another standout: comfortable to grip, nicely finished, and honestly just beautiful to look at. It adds a touch of craftsmanship you don’t always see at this price point.
