Feels solid in the hand and slices clean through veggies and meat without fighting me. the edge came sharp and it holds up well after a few dinners, just a quick hone and it’s back. the handle has a comfy grip so it doesn’t slip when things get a bit messy. weight is balanced enough that long prep doesn’t tire my wrist. not dishwasher safe but it rinses and wipes dry fast. easy reccomend if you want a tough daily knife that looks cool too. It's not as sharp as they make it look but it is sharp! Won't cut tomatoes that this and easy but it's great for most stuff and seems to be holding an edge well. Read more
I was really impressed with this knife overall. It did arrive with a couple of sharp edges on the metal frame, but nothing a small file couldn’t smooth out in a few minutes. Once that was taken care of, the knife felt fantastic in the hand. The finger hole is a genuinely useful feature — it gives you excellent control when making precise cuts and makes the knife feel more secure during field work. The wooden handle is another standout: comfortable to grip, nicely finished, and honestly just beautiful to look at. It adds a touch of craftsmanship you don’t always see at this price point.
