Hard to keep up with cleaning regimen
Cup work great as far as insulation and style. However, it’s difficult to keep clean. We used them for morning coffee bc my aunt needs a straw to drink out of due to MD (Muscular Dystrophy). So they’re not so easy to clean for her. The gaskets hold A LOT of mold if not taken out every single day and thoroughly cleaned with bleach or whatever you use to clean you mold. It’s just too hard for her to keep up with cleaning wise. The whole lid mechanism has to be taken off daily to be cleaned. Read more
Not for me
This bottle has a valve that is difficult to properly clean and get back together. The straw is secured by pressing it into the end of the valve. It is not a tight fit and likes to come apart. The insulation works well, keeping hot, hot and cold, cold. Overall, too many parts for me. Read more

Do not recommend for hot drinks
I would not have bought it if I knew I can only use a straw to drink. It is spill proof which means when you try to drink without a straw the fluid does not come out. You need to remove the lid to drink. I like drinking tea which is very inconvenient to remove the rid each time I take a sip because I cannot use a straw with hot tea. I do not recommend unless you will only use it for cold drinks which you can use a straw. Read more
