I like this a lot but what I discovered while camping is that it turns into brown lumps when frozen (they still worked in my tea though I knew they had only frozen once so were safe). I see in other reviews people have trouble with this probably froze in the back of a delivery vehicle. if you like that taste then its all good stuff. I bought it for emergency use if I ran out of cream but was off put by the taste initially as I thought it would taste like cream. It has that chemical artificial taste of cremora, have no idea how other people use this stuff, apparently for recipes. I personally would just use powdered milk instead and just make it less liquidy. Now for the good stuff, put it in coffee for a nice creamy pleasant taste. it works. just be warned its hard to blend in, especially once you put any leftover in fridge. tip: microwave it first before trying. Its not really economical at all, one small can (these are not full size 8 oz) only does 2 or 3 coffees. If you want that nice creamy feel to coffees it prob is best to just get the big bottle of powdered Cremora. for prepping id still just stick with powdered milk, sour cream, heavy cream (they freeze dry/ dehydrate everything now) rehydrate for recipes to avoid that funky chemical taste, and yyou can get them in large #10 cans on down to handy small sizes.
