I've been looking for a new toner that's good for my skin and won't make me break out. The texture is light, not oily, for a water base toner, it is very moisturizing without being heavy on your skin. I love the fact that it gives your face a nice glow effect and my skin is smooth afterwards. This was my first purchase I bought the Rose PDRN water toner and the Salmon water toner.
