These are great because they keep the wound a little bit moist as it's healing but still protected the way that a scab would, but a scab may peel off and take away some of the new skin with it while this will not do that, so if you keep applying these as it's healing, that's great. You do need to be using something to kill the infection before this I think. But also Madecassol which I only became aware of this last year is just the best thing to prevent scarring. I have several other products that contain it now. Read more
