Update: Seller sent a new bag and they indicated that they have made changes to avoid the issues that I had, which is great! The purse has held up for the past week. It is really a perfect sized purse, perfect for every day and all the compartments work well for daily living. It is pretty yet functional. Also like that I can the straps can be made long or short. I use it as a cross-body. Definitely will keep repurchasing. This is perfect purse for everyday life. Medium sized. It’s not bulky. All the separate compartments have zipper that open widely. Pretty, love the black/gold zipper combo. ISSUE: As you can see from picture, is the strap is already coming undone after 9 days of delivery/usage. I didn’t take it on a trip or anything like that, just everyday life. I like purse but now I’m going to have to pay to get it fixed/reinforced. Read more

Beautiful bag. It seemed exactly what I wanted sizewise with so many compartment and pretty exterior and interior. I am returning it because the zippers are stiff and do not open/close easily. They also make a loud noise when used. It's embarassing to have a purse that makes so much noise when I open or close a zipper. Also the dimensions are a bit off from what is stated. The bottom depth is not 4.7 but 4.5 and the top 3.7 not 4.5 as the bottom part. The width is 9.8 and not 10 as stated. Read more
