These are really well made; they stay put and are waterproof. I had a small surgery and they put one on me at the hospital that I was to leave on for 5 days without messing with. They gave me an extra, but they were so amazing and worked so well that I bought a package to have at home. They not something you would use on a small wound. Read more
BUY THESE if you have to change the regular version more than once a day. They are significantly more expensive than the regular ones UNLESS you are changing the regular ones too often. One of these every day or every other day is way better than three or four of the regular version each day and MUCH easier on the skin. Medical supply places charge SVEN DOLLARS for ONE of these, so the price here is very good. These "supers" saved us quite a bit of money, a lot of time and much wear and tear on the patient's skin. You will have to judge whether you need them or not based on the wound you are treating, but they CAN be a big help under certain conditions and CAN be more economical than the regulars, depending upon the wound. I'm not a doctor or a nurse - just a care-giver for a family-member, so use your judgement and listen to the doctors and nurses. Especially the nurses. They have hands and eyes on things all day, every day. Oh, and don't forget there are larger dressings in this form as well. Read more
Great product. Keeps wounds clean and dry. Would definitely recommend for post surgical wounds. Read more
Perfect for elderly people. They are easy to remove without tearing the skin of elderly people. Used on a 95 year old man and I would not use any other bandage on him. A little pricey but well worth the money. Read more
Other band aids would tear the skin off on my wife’s wounds. These do not tear her skin which is good. The only problem is that they seem to not hold well on her upper leg and have a tendency to fall off while she works. But they do absorb well. But are better then regular band aids Read more
These are quality bandages that cover well, hold securely but yet are not difficult to remove. They are expensive but good to have if you are covering a medical sore. Read more
Extremely expensive! However, if you have an open wound that needs to heal from the inside out slowly and frequent bandage changing…these are a God send. Easier on the skin. Only 10 in the box for $30 something…pricy but as I said worth it if it helps family heal better and with less dressing change pains. Read more
