During a recent hospital visit, the nurses gave me a small tube of Medline SparkleFresh toothpaste. I was blown away. This (fluoride) toothpaste got my teeth cleaner than they have been in years. What I like is that it isn't sweet like most toothpaste. I used to use Colgate powder which was the best, but it was discontinued so I had been looking for something that wasn't sweet. When I was in the hospital almost four years ago, this toothpaste was in the box of toiletries that patients receive so I tried it as I had forgotten to bring my jar of baking soda. I still use baking soda occasionally, but mostly just Sparkle Fresh. Also, it lasts a long time, because only a small amount is necessary. It does a good job of cleaning my teeth. If one is looking for something that doesn't taste like candy, this is it. Read more
