Appears to be working as intended and Yellow is indeed BAT and Red is ACC
I've been accustomed to Yellow being ACC and Red being BAT but wired it as instructed with an Ombar 3 Channel Dash Cam (QPCJL0012BOM, M571) and it works as intended. Got it on the Prime Day deal but it's still hard to beat at it's current price considering buying the bundled one from Ombar would have cost over thirty. The only other thing was that I had to buy fuse taps that were crimped on because the attached fuses were not compatible so some wire splicing is necessary. I found a sixteen pack kit with attached crimps for under five and now have extra taps and fuses in case I need to hardwire another dash cam plus others I can give away if need be. Read more

I bought this thinking it wasn't gonna be compatible with my dash cam but it was. Once wired properly the parking monitor works great. I would recommend it. Read more
Works, but...
Works in that it produces 5V output at the USB Type-C connector. That's the important thing. However, the micro2 fuse blades did nothing for me, as my car uses standard mini fuses. The thing that really confused me was the separate BAT+ wire and the ACC wire. Why do we need two inputs? Is it that the ACC input can set off a timer to turn off the output? Supposedly, if the ACC input drops below a threshold, the output turn off to save the battery. Why can't the unit turn off automatically based on just the voltage level of the BAT+ input? Documentation is not well written and confusing. Anyway, I connected both the yellow and red wires together to a fuse that turns on when the engine is running... end of story. Read more

Nice cable, good price. Long enough length from USB to the small electronic box, I can place the box near the fuse, very nice. I tried other brand before, the electronic box is placed near the center of the cable, I have to place the small box somewhere on the dash. Read more

Junk that does not work.
Would leave zero stars if I could. Did not work at all. I am an electrician so it was not an install error. Not worth me returning it but just wanted to let potential buyers know the product does not work )”(sometimes when you return they will not let you review). The way it is tied into fuse panel is also junk (cannot tie into existing fuse, have to have empty usable switched by key and always battery open slots).worthless junk. Read more
