I love these since I do not sleep sound and up and down all night long. So bought these I take my an hour before I lay down so they kick in as a lay down and knock out into a sound sleep. I needed a sleep bump that wouldn't interfere with my medications. Melatonin used to work but this gave me a hangover effect the next morning. I'm thinking it is at least part my metabolism.
