I really enjoy having this bathmat. It has done a great job in absorbing the water that would normally get all over my bathroom floor when I step out of the shower. Not only is it great at absorbing the water, but it is also very comfortable to stand on due to its layer of memory foam. I think that its plushness, solid white color, and thick material all lend themselves to create a luxurious appearance. My only issue is the fact that I chose this mat for being machine washable, but the side came open after its first wash on a gentle cycle in the washing machine. This has exposed the interior of the mat. While I can still use it, I now have to spot clean, and air dry the mat after each use because I will not be able to place it into the washer and dryer. Unfortunately, due to the lack of durability and the increased effort that maintaining this drying mat will require, I cannot recommend it. If the durability were improved so that it was in fact machine washable, I would be completely satisfied with this bathmat. Thanks for reading and I hope this helps. Read more

Mat arrived on time and is quite absorbent. Pretty, clean white color. Very soft. Would have given it a 5 star except it arrived folded form into a small square. Even after a dozen uses, the center fold remains so it doesn't sit flat on the floor until we stand on it for a while. Suggest the item only be sent flat or folded just once. Recommend the product, but be prepared for it to be folded like that. As for cleaning it, a good shake gets almost all of the clinging bits off but some have to be removed by hand. ADDENDUM: Ordered another of these mats since the first one worked out so well eventually... The second one arrived once again folded into a small square that I hope will go flat like the first one did over time. HOWEVER !! --- second one is about 3" shorter that the first one. Plus, it has a different, patterned backing that is kind of ugly. It is not as thick and soft as the first one. And, yes, I simply ordered mat #2 by clicking on "buy again". I have been wanting to try a memory foam bath mat for a while. It isn't as thick or expensive looking as it does in the ad picture, but still has that memory foam feel. It does have some creases I haven't figured out how to get out, which is bothersome because I want it to add to the look of the bathroom. I am hoping after some steam from the shower and/or wet feet, they will go away. Overall for the price, I am happy with my purchase. I took a star off for the creasing, and a star for the thinness of the product versus what was pictured in the add. Read more

Update: I will give this a 3.5 stars, which I guess upgrades it to 4. This eventually de-'crisped' after about a week and became like normal memory foam that was about average. Not the thickest cushion, not the thinnest. Oh I was expecting something plush & thick that my toes would sink into after a hot shower, and just luxuriate in with velvety softness. Instead, I opened the package to find this crispy thing... is it happy to see me? It is literally standing up from stiffness. I suppose I should be flattered, but instead I was miffed. This mat is thicker than I really thought it'd be. It's got a really good thickness to provide insulation against our cold floors in winter here. I find I dislike our other less lofty bathmats now. I will only settle for the warm one. Like others said, it does start with a crease from shipping. It finally went away completely after the first wash. The only downside, if it is one for you, is that it is a _very_ bright white and shows every bit of dirt. Luckily, washing is as easy as throwing in the washer and air drying afterwards. To solve that we usually put another thin mat on top to provide a bit of color on the floor instead of the stark white. That means even more insulation. lol Read more
