I have deterioration in my neck so it's important that I have decent support while I sleep at night or else I end up with migraines from pinched nerves. I've been eyeballing the style of pillow for a while and decided to give this a try. I have to say overall this is a really good pillow. It offers really great support, is soft and forgiving but offers just enough firmness to support your neck and head. I really like the design of the pillowcase which can be unsnapped in the center and removed for washing and is also comfortable to use by itself without an outer case. The design of the pillow is overall pretty comfortable and I especially like the arm indentions if you are the type to sleep with your arm next to your head. I found sleeping on my back. It works very well, that being said, I'm not a back sleeper. Sadly, I am a side sleeper and I turn often so the design just doesn't work. I have pretty broad shoulders and as a side sleeper, this does not give me the neck support necessary to fill the void between my shoulder and my neck. This is advertised for side sleeping as well but if you have any bit of shoulder width you may find this does not work for you. I honestly don't believe this is a side sleeper pillow but for back sleeping support, I really like this pillow. I'm reading it based on its back sleeping support ability rather than side sleeping. For slide sleeping I would give it maybe a two or three which is unfortunate. Overall, I think this is a pretty decent pillow. It's good quality and very comfortable and supportive for back sleepers. This pillow is really comfortable. I started using it when I was having a shoulder issue, and it was helpful. It's not as cooling as I had hoped though. The material is cool when you first lay down, but it doesn't then dissipate the heat so it warms quickly and stays warm. It actually seems to retain heat. The shape is nice and supports my head and shoulders well. The material is a nice density, it's supportive but not too hard. Overall, it's a nice comfortable pillow, but I wish it cooled better. Absolutely amazing cervical pillow. I have several of these (over a dozen at this point) as I have 4 herniated discs in my neck alone and 8 total with 2 in my neck being severe. When I say i need comfortable sleep things, I mean it. If a pillow is off by a little bit for me I am not going to use it. I will usually give it a fair try for a couple nights at least, but after that if I am not drifting off to sleep waking up refreshed I don't use it anymore. With this pillow I LOVE to grab it when getting ready to sleep and get the perfect position where nothing hurts. This is a nice density foam with a slower than others rebound, not the heaviest but has that perfect balance of cushion and support. The cooling cover is made of a nice fabric that feels cool to the touch but doesn't retain the coolness like my hybrid gel memory foam pillow does. It still feels nice and cool when first using it and honestly I fall asleep before it starts feeling a little warm. I can usually adjust my head easily and get that cool feeling again quickly so that is nice. The height of the pillow is perfect for me and my messed up neck. The arm cutouts are almost perfect for me but not quite, but honestly none of them are perfect for the exact way I sleep. Some come really close to feeling perfect for me when I am side sleeping and this one comes really close. The material is good quality as is the pillowcase it comes with. This is not my most favorite pillow, I have one that has a shiny silver pillowcase which is actually amazing. It has nearly the same exact shape as this pillow does, but the foam is a little different with its density which I imagine is why I like it slightly better. Still this pillow is great and I can highly recommend it, especially if you have neck issues or are concerned with having neck issues from bad sleep posture. A little pricier than other memory foam cervical pillows but this is worth it! Pillow had slight off gas smell when first opened but that went away same day and I could use the pillow the same night. It puffed out all the way almost instantly like almost all my other ones did, only a couple took over 1 minute to fully expand. Read more

I’m really pleased with this pillow. I roll & toss around in my sleep, and this pillow is comfortable in many positions. If it’s not comfortable, rotate it and try again. I find it fits better one way if I’m lying on my back, but then I need to rotate it to be more comfortable lying on my side. The foam is just the right combination of supportive but not hard, and soft but not too squishy. I do wish it was easier to find pillowcases, especially in colors to match my bedding. Read more

This support pillow has helped me a great deal. I often have a stiff neck after spending too many hours at a computer and struggle with mashing my usual pillow into a comfortable and supportive shape. This pillow does it for me. I swap from sides to back and found this pillow to e excellently supportive for both positions. I cannot comment on stomach sleepers, as I never sleep in that position. I use only the lower side of the pillow; I tried the higher side and it was not comfortable for me. The memory foam is wonderfully supportive and resilient, and I also appreciate the arm cushions. I do not find it particularly cooling as my head is always in contact with the same part of the pillow. No single pillow will work for all users but this one has made a significant improvement in my sleep comfort and at $40 is far cheaper than many of the fancy memory foam pillows on offer. Read more
