The media could not be loaded. When it elevated my neck, it just felt awkward to me. I tried adjusting myself. Side felt nice, but I could not get past sleeping in the back position, which is what I would be using most. (See edit below!!) All of the other positions were great otherwise. I did not notice the smell that others reported after the first few hours. The packaging was nice, small, but expanded to the full size, which would be nice for re-shiipping to someone or for storage before you open it. (edited: I came back and edited my review after a month or so to give it an extra star. I gave the pillow to my partner to use and they loved it. I tried it a few more times, and got uses to it, and ended up loving it. My ONLY complaint now, and it isn't a fault of the pillow, but a fault of ME, is I move, a lot, when I sleep. I got this pillow to help with my neck pain, and the contour shape supports my head and shoulders really well. I like that it has two different heights, so you can pick the side that feels best for you. The grooves for your arms are a nice touch if you sleep on your stomach or side. The memory foam feels high quality and does not go flat after using it for a while. The pillowcase feels cool to the touch, which helps if you tend to get hot at night. It is also very easy to unzip and wash when needed. Just make sure to let it air out for a few days when you first get it to remove the new foam smell. It takes a little time to get used to the specific shape, but it provides excellent support once you adjust. I highly recommend this product. Read more

Nice pillow and pretty comfortable. I found the foam to be more hard than I prefer, but that is a personal preference. The size is a little bigger than I was expecting, so I need to find a pillow case that fits it properly. The design is a little odd, but that is to be expected of a pillow of this type. Read more

I chose this free Vine item because I have been looking for a pillow as good as my old Isocool firm pillow for years. I bought my Isocool from FM in 2012 and have not seen it anywhere since. This pillow is not as thick or heavy BUT it is great at supporting my neck while I side sleep. Not sure what it is but I have a great rest and no aching shoulder back or neck - the design of the pillow is really unique but I can confirm it works. I keep a pillowcase on it and it’s good to go. There are no pillows you can buy from any stores that are as good as this one, I tell ya. Pick up any so called “firm” or side supportive pillows from Costco or Macys, and you’ll find that they are just fluff that collapse after a couple of uses.
