These are really snug at first, but they don't take too long to break in. They will loosen up a lot over time. My pair have gotten heavy use for a year and are starting to fall apart now, but I have worn them every day since I bought them, so they've gotten a ton of wear and tear. Despite being worn out though they still have a decent enough grip to them. There's hole wearing through one slipper, but they still keep my feet fairly warm regardless, so that's gotta count for something. I think these were 25? 30? Dollars when I bought them, I feel like I got my money's worth. They really kept my feet warm during the winter. I wouldn't expect them to last forever, but they're nice enough if you need slippers. The last pair of slippers I ordered from a different manufacturer were the same size as these. It felt like I was wearing clown shoes! I even ordered another pair a size smaller and they were still way too big. When I saw reviews on these saying they were snug, I ordered a pair. Just received them and they fit me perfectly! I don't have to grip with my toes to keep them on my feet. They are snug and if you don't like that, you may want to order a size up but my feet are pretty happy with this pair. Read more
