Ordered the Men Fashion Shoes Dress Pointed Toe Floral Patent Leather Lace Up Oxford Blue in a size 6 but was sent a Solid Blue Leather Lace Up Oxford size 6 instead, mistakes happen. In my original review, I had misread the size 38 as womens 7.5 instead of a size 38 mens, which is the correct size of 6, again, mistakes happen. Customer service was very quick and responded to my issue well within two days. They asked me to try on the shoes to verify the fit and they fit perfectly. They apologized for the wrong color and are sending the ones I originally ordered. During the whole process, customer service was quick, polite and very professional. The shoes that were sent fit perfect and look amazing. I am so looking forward to receiving the Floral ones. Based on the quality and look of the ones I received, they are going to be fantastic with the suit I will be wearing. I cannot reiterate enough how quick and professional customer service was in addressing the issues. Edit: Received the Floral ones on Aug. 25th. Fit is right on. Quality is nice. I now have all the colours. I highly advise getting some non-skid adhesives for these because there is NO traction on the bottoms of these shoes.
