Bought these for a month long trip to New Zealand. I was extremely surprised by how comfortable they are. The sole is a foam of sorts. Ive never had crocs but I imagine probably like that. No rips or anything for the first month, but cant speak on long term durability or how they might handle rugged conditions (bottoms are do not have treads like hiking boots) To me, totally worth the buy.
