I just received these shorts and I would say they are just okay. The biggest issue for me is that they run very small. Large is more like a medium/small. Other than that, I like the dark blue color, that they are thin for athletic activities, and I also like the style more or less. Pockets are good and everything seems to sewn and constructed well. The material wicks well. Compared to other shorts, I would say these are very casual. Definitely more for running or tennis or the like. These are not the more dressy golf style shorts. There's nothing inherently wrong with these. Upon first glance I noticed the pockets are weird. The right pocket is a zipper pocket, and is a normal pocket size and shape. There is no normal left pocket, it's a small zipper pocket that's on the side of the hip and is completely horizontal, and I'm not sure what to store in it. There is no back pockets at all. The fabric is fine, and is the slick woven style. The fit is a bit off somehow, cause the front seam doesn't feel like it provides enough room and is a little tight in the front. I like the little holes at the bottom of the legs, it's a nice little feature. Overall they're fine, but I wouldn't confuse them with high quality shorts. Read more
