I have noticed that this pair is shorts are super soft, stretching, and breathable. I appreciate that the material is not shiny, but have a satin-like texture. The fabric is woven and mesh-like making is extremely light. It’s unique in that it’s slightly transparent when held up to the light when I’m not wearing them. But when wearing them the fabric becomes opaque as any body part or fabric from underwear presses up next to it. It makes it them lightest and most breathable pair of shorts that I own. The elastic waist band is thick and the wider seams above and below the elastic band keep it from flipping/folding over. The drawstring definitely helps hold them in place especially when bending. The drawstring is in the inside of the shorts so that the ends of the string don’t have to be dangling down at the front drawing added attention to the crotch area. There are deep front pockets on each side that are stitched to the side and top seams of the shorts. The can be pulled out to speed up the process of drying these. Because they are such a lightweight fabric, they make it ideal to wash a line dry when I’m traveling and I don’t have access to a dryer. Read more
