You definitely need to try a pair of these pants. The best intersection of comfort, ruggedness, and utility. I am 5'9" and 150lbs and the M fit perfectly (with a belt). Usually when I wear pants in general I either don't notice them at all, or I notice something that's bothering me. With these I actually kept noticing how comfortable and soft the material was. I love that there is a double layer over the knees, and there are so many pockets to use. Check out the back pockets, there's even a smaller one for tools and flashlights. There are two things I would change about these pants. The back pocket goes a little too deep, so my wallet sits in a different place than usual. It's enough to notice, but really doesn't cause any discomfort. The second thing is that the front belt loops are too far away from the button/zipper. I will definitely look for a way to add more loops, because the belt can tend to slide up over the button, depending on your shape.
