I camt speak for how well it will hold up over time as im writing this after using them for 1 day. First off, the stitching seems good. No loose strings or anything obvious wrong there and these being the cheapest pair i found at the time i was worried about the quality. So quality overall is really good. They fit perfect and the elastic part of the waste band give room to grow. I just moved up a pants size and i think even if i got the next size down they would still have fit comfortably. That said, even with having gone up to the next size these didnt fall down at all without a belt when i first tried them on. They fit snug enough that i could see myself forgetting to grab a belt. And the breathability? I was checking if i ripped them at times because of how easily the wind blew through them. I was working in a room about 115°F and my legs were barely sweating. Comparatively in normal jeans my legs would have been covered in sweat. My only concern will be how easily they rip. I got to walk down tight catwalks and its not uncommon for me to get snagged on something if im rushing. Even normal jeans i have ripped pockets like that. I love these pants. I bought 5 pairs and wear them every day to work. The material is strong and holds up to wear and tear without being heavy. They dry much quicker than jeans. I like the elastic waistband AND also the belt loops. Because of my body type I usually have a lot of problems keeping my pants up but these stay up better than anything else I've tried, without squeezing my lower abdomen. When my weight fluctuates I don't have to go up in size. I like all the pockets, especially the front facing two pockets that seem designed especially for putting your cell phone in. It also has side front pockets, back pockets, and cargo pockets. They close with velcro. I prefer the velcro over a button. Overall I can't really think of anything I don't like about these pants. the only problem i have with these pants is they are too baggy below the knee. if they had different fit styles (straight, slim, athletic) they would be the perfect work pants for me. straight is my go to but i would compare these to a really wide regular fit which im sure is useful for people who want to cover more of there shoes i suppose but its not for me with the pant legs brushing past each other with every step. i love the pocket configuration of these pants. ive been wearing them consistently for several weeks with no tears or signs of wear. they are nice and lightweight. i work in an non-air conditioned warehouse in florida and these are about as good as it gets for that. i appreciate the stretch waist though i always wear a belt anyways so i dont know how that would hold up. I bought these for my husband and he likes the way they looked but he did not like the way they fit. He thought they were way too low in the back. He said that he may not be used to that fit but they were comfortable. I thought they looked great on him and the size was perfect. They looked very durable and the quality seemed great. I was disappointed he did not like them. He said they were lightweight but the only stretch was around the waist. He is going to send them back unfortunately.
