I use a lot of legs in my swing, and I like to get down and read my putts in a deep squat. I am 6'2" and 230 pounds right now; I've got a little belly, so I wear a size 36 waist, and my inseam is anywhere from 32 to 34, depending on the style and how much overhang I want.
