I came to Amazon because the mega-large retailer I used to buy tons of stuff from decided that pants they used to charge $30 or $40 for were suddenly worth $90. No thanks. I didn't expect a whole ton for what I paid for these, but they are labeled "no iron suit pants." Now that might lead one who doesn't work in the textile industry to believe they'd come out of the dryer ready to go, as long as you didn't leave them in there overnight. That was not the case. These do not strike me as wrinkle resistant in the least and they don't really hold their creases. I bought these and two other pairs from another vendor. I'm stuck ironing all of them. Now, once I iron them, they look good for the entire day, make no mistake about that. But I don't have a bunch of available time to iron. I could probably use a couple more pairs. I'm undecided if I'm going to get more of these. Outside of having to iron them, everything else was fine. Decent material, though not as soft as the other two pairs I purchased from another vendor, the size fit alright though I probably should have gone an inch more on the waste, decent size pockets. I will say that for buying these online with nothing to go by, I was happy they fit as well as they did. These are true to size and oh so comfy ... I was replacing a bunch of older Perry Ellis dress pants and wanted something similar but wasn't financially able to spend $150 like I did before.. after washing these I'm extremely happy with these.
