This is a really nice shirt, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the shirt. I'm accustomed to my t-shirts either being made with some nice thick durable material, but on the downside they will be like real restrictive and not so comfortable. Or either the T-shirt that I'm also accustomed to might be really comfortable with some good stretchy fabric but just not very durable and normally won't last very long before it starts getting little holes in it. That's where this t-shirt actually kind of shocked me. It actually seems to have the best of both worlds and that aspect. It's made with some good thick, durable material that should certainly last for quite some time. And the cool thing is that I don't have to sacrifice the comfort for the durability, because the fabric is also nice and soft and comfy with a really nice stretchy quality to it that I love. I would say that this is definitely a really well made, good quality shirt, it's definitely made with some quality material and some good craftsmanship! The color is another thing that I really dig. It's got some real nice vibrant color that should definitely last through many many washes. In my opinion the asking price for this shirt is really fair and reasonable! I got this shirt because it is 100% cotton and I was able to get it in a light color, so it is really cool to wear on hot days. I was able to wear it during the recent heatwave and it was very cool and comfortable, given the heat and high humidity. I also found the material to be soft and breathable. The fit was also true to size. This shirt washed well, with very little shrinkage, which is good for 100% cotton. I noticed no fading or pilling or any other issues that can sometimes come from the first washing and drying cycle. I like that this is just a plain T-shirt without logos and I also like that there is no annoying tag that could scratch my neck. I know that this shirt claims that it’s 100% cotton, but the XXL that I received feels like a cotton blend and is as little stiff. Also this shirt is pretty sheer, there’s not much weight to it making it thinner and breathable for sure. This shirts 50 inches across the chess with a 10.5 inch length sleeve, and 32 inches long. This shirt is fitted and comes in at the waist. The seems do line up and there are no loose strings, and the sewn collar on the neck is comfortable. I got this cotton crew neck T-shirt by Purple Kiwi (great name, by the way) for my spouse, and we were both pleasantly surprised by the quality. It’s a classic short-sleeve tee, but the fabric immediately stood out because it’s so soft. The cotton feels comfortable right away, like it's been washed a hundred times already, so it has that smooth, broken-in feel that makes it easy to feel comfortable in and wear all day. The color is also very unique for a dark gray. It has a rich tone that gives the shirt a little more personality than a standard basic tee. The fabric feels substantial (but not heavy). My husband loves this shirt. He’s even wearing it now! It’s SO soft. This is one of those shirts that’s just going to get softer and softer with time, and that softness is what truly makes this shirt a standout. The cotton fabric is high quality — it hangs well, is a beautiful saturated color, and no tags make it easy for anyone to wear. The fit is just right, a tad loose but not dumpy, and looks good. The only complaint is that the crew neck is slightly a little too high. That doesn’t bother my husband but if you tend toward claustrophobia or just find a higher collar uncomfortable, like I do, you might want to bear that in mind. I needed a good, basic T-shirt -- and Purple Kiwi came through for me. I wore the shirt right out of the packaging, and again after washing it. With a good look and an outstanding feel, this will be a casual staple in my weekend around-the-house wardrobe. It feels sturdy, not flimsy -- the material is a good thickness that falls between the heavy tees that feel restrictive and the thin ones that feel too insubstantial. The stitching and overall quality seem solid. I got mine in gray, and I like the color. I'm 6'0" and got an extra large, and the length is just right -- and I say that after it's been washed, not before. The length falls into the sweet spot of not being too long and looking corny, while not being short enough that it hikes up past the beltline when raising my arms. This is an excellent choice for a basic tee, and I recommend it. Read more
