I got these shoes for my dad, and overall they look great! He has smaller feet, and although I ordered a size 7, they feel just a little big — but still comfortable and wearable. The design is simple yet elegant, with clean lines and a nice burnished finish that gives them a modern and classic look at the same time. Perfect for formal occasions, church, or even casual outings. The quality is impressive — the stitching is neat, and the faux leather has a smooth, glossy touch that feels well made. My dad mentioned they’re quite soft and breathable inside, keeping his feet cool and comfortable even after wearing them for long periods. The anti-slip rubber soles are another plus, providing good grip and support on different floor types. I’d definitely recommend checking the size chart before ordering, especially if you’re between sizes. For people with slightly bigger feet, the fit should be perfect. Overall, a stylish, well-made pair of shoes that offer great comfort and value! Read more

Packaging : The shoes come in a bag within the normal shipping bag you get from Amazon. Not bad and should keep them safe enough. The one thing that is a bit bad is on the top part of the shoe the packaging that keeps the shoe from collapsing causes ridges in the shoe leather. Time may heal this but there are definitely ridges on both shoes. Styling : The style and decoration of the shoes is fine. The little accents on the outer side of the shoes are nice but is not repeated on the inner side of the shoe. That is not a problem but does not provide symmetry for those who seek that kind of thing. The shine on the shoes is normal and what you would expect. The shoes look nice without being anything that would stand out. That is not a bad thing at all. Comfort and Fit: The shoes actually feel a little smaller than other shoes. Feels like they are about a half a size smaller. The major issue with the shoes is the ankle and heel. I know shoes need a break in period, but the ankle-side leather, on the left shoe especially, hits on the bottom of the ankle. It feels like one of Freddy Krueger's knives cutting into your skin. It doesn't break the skin but is annoying after a while. It may soften up with time, but initially it is very uncomfortable. The main detraction on these shoes is on the heel of the shoe. The little tab at the back really does not serve a useful purpose. It is too short and too hard to get a grip on to be useful in pulling the shoe onto your foot. On both shoes at the top of the heel there is an extrusion in the leather that is there because of stitching around the tab in back. This extrusion in a matter of an hour or less will dig into your heel like a treasure seeker digging for gold. The pain becomes so bad while wearing them that you are kicking your foot on the ground to make your toes dig in a little deeper to alleviate the pain. The true ramifications of the digging pain are only seen after you take them off and about a day later. I had to put a Band-aid on my heel to even put other shoes on. I am probably going to see if I can shave off the protrusion to make it a little more comfortable to wear in the future. Overall : While the styling of the shoe is very nice and the inside feel of the shoe is as well, the ribs on the top of the foot and the pain that must be endured make for a shoe that I would not get normally. I will try to make alterations to make it wearable but should not have to do that on a new shoe. Read more

My husband didn't walk a ton in these shoes, but reported that they are comfortable. The size for 11 was a 45, and that seemed to fit pretty true to size, but maybe slightly small. Since they are synthetic and not real leather, they did have a slight petroleum product type of smell at first, but it isn't as bad as some shoes we have gotten. They don't really have any arch support on the inside, so I would not say that they are for heavy use. They are good basic shoes for church or a formal event. Since they have the thicker marks where the shoes bend, it masks some of the wear and tear that would normally occur at that bending point. Read more

These men’s Oxford dress shoes look sharp and work well for formal or business settings like work, church, or events. The fit was true to size and they felt comfortable enough for several hours of wear. Build quality appears solid for the price, and the lace-up design gives a classic, clean look. One thing to note is a heavy synthetic smell when first opened, which took some airing out before wearing. Overall, a decent value if you don’t mind dealing with the initial odor. Read more

I bought these men’s dress shoes for a mix of work and formal occasions, and they’ve been a solid option for the price. They look clean and classic in person, so they work well with dress pants, chinos, or even a more casual suit. The lace-up style gives them a more polished look without being overly stiff. Comfort was my main concern and these did better than expected. The cushioning is decent and they’re easy to wear for several hours, including walking and standing. I’ve worn them to a longer event and didn’t feel like I needed to take them off immediately afterward, which is a win for dress shoes. Read more

These men's dress shoes seemed like a great option for formal occasions, but they came with a strong, unpleasant rubber smell. Unfortunately, they also weren’t very comfortable to wear, even for short periods. They were a narrow fit and really rubbed my husband's ankles when he walked. There is also no arch support, so he was not comfortable wearing these for any length of time. The design is nice, but the smell and lack of comfort really detract from the overall experience. It’s disappointing because he was hoping they would be suitable for business and special events. Read more

Nice looking shoes with a clean, classic shape. They’re surprisingly comfortable right out of the box and fit true to size. However, be prepared for a very strong chemical smell when you first open them. The odor is pretty intense, so I’d recommend airing them out for a day or two before wearing. Once that’s done, they’re a solid option for work, church, or formal events. What’s most important to know? Comfortable and stylish, but the initial smell is strong and needs time to air out.
