Bought these in a 10.5 for my husband and he said that they are the most comfortable dress shoes he has ever worn and very thankful I bought them for him. They are true to size and color and exactly like the picture. They are lightweight, excellent quality and craftsmanship. The style is prefect for both formal, business as well as casual. These run narrow in width. I'm usually an 8.5 and I kept the size 9. If you have slender or narrow feet, you probably can do the size down. If you have wide feet, I recommend the size up. The leather is of good quality. I've worked a few shifts with them and they haven't cracked or creased too badly. The sole is actually Non-Slip. This feature is a great relief if you're walking wet or oily surfaces like in a kitchen. They're quite comfortable and the insoles can be swapped. It's an overall great value for what you get.
