It has a large amount of space! I really needed that more than anything. If you train at the gym and have many things to fit, this is a suitable bag. I have a lever belt, shoes, hand straps and more. PLENTY of room to spare. Extra pockets on the sides and in front. Longer handle strap for carrying over your shoulder. Zippers seem fine. I hope it will be durable in the long run.
