I have a long and complicated history with hoodies. For years, I was loyal to that one ubiquitous brand, the one with the fruit in its name. Their sweatshirts were my uniform for chilly mornings and lazy weekends. I thought I knew what comfort was. I owned a whole stack of them in various stages of wear. I accepted their predictable texture and slightly boxy fit as the standard. I was living in a world of decent, but not great, comfort. Then, on a whim, I ordered this hoodie. It arrived in a simple package. When I took it out, the first thing I noticed was the color. The blue was deep and rich, not the generic royal blue I was used to. The real surprise came when I touched it. The material was genuinely soft. It wasn't the temporary, chemically-induced softness that disappears after the first wash. This felt like a deep, structural softness. I put it on. The fit was just right. I ordered an XL, and it was roomy without feeling like I was wearing a tent. The sleeves were the right length, and the hood had a nice weight to it. It felt less like a piece of clothing and more like a personal cloud. I decided to give it the ultimate test: a full day of doing absolutely nothing productive. I made coffee, sat on the couch, and read a book. The hoodie was my loyal companion through it all. It was cozy without being restrictive. The true moment of revelation came later. I was cold and grabbed one of my old fruit-branded sweatshirts. Putting it on felt like a betrayal. It was suddenly scratchy and stiff by comparison. It felt like hugging a cardboard box after hugging a puppy. I had seen the light. My old collection of hoodies suddenly seemed like relics from a less comfortable era. This hoodie has ruined all other sweatshirts for me, in the best way possible. It's exceptionally soft, fits perfectly, and holds up well in the wash. I wore it for a workout, and it was breathable enough. I wore it out on a cool fall evening, and it was warm enough. It has become my go-to for just about everything. My fruit-based sweatshirts are now relegated to tasks like painting or working on the car. This one is for living in. Read more
Love this sweatshirt! It's loose fitting but not too loose. I love having zippered pockets, perfect for your phone on one side and wallet on the other. Soft and cozy on the inside and more durable on the outside than most sweatshirts. At first I wasn't too sure about the button closure on the hood instead of strings but now I'm sold and prefer it over strings. Not having to worry about strings, whether in the wash or while working/playing, is something I didn't realize I needed lol I have a smaller frame and I'm just under 5' 9" and it fits perfect. I'm a hoodie coinissouir and have been wearing them my whole life. For the price point this thing is really worth it. Super comfortable, the smooth part inside the head is a nice touch and the button vs strings should have been done a long time ago. I've gotten hoodies on here for the same price and they do the same thing, after washing+drying 6-7 times the fabric gets stale, everything shrinks in weird places and it becomes really uncomfortable. I've washed this 4-5 times and haven't seen any decline in quality or feel. The zipper pockets are a nice touch. For a pullover the open pocket in the middle was nice but not very useful compared to a jacket with multiple pockets. I'm also a sweaty person and the ribbed openings on the sides are great for airflow. I'll always find myself doing some chore outside and it's nice not to sweat through the thing immediately. Definitely picking up a couple more, if these last more than a year they've done what every other sweatshirt I've gotten in the last 5 years couldn't. Read more

i don't know what it is but something about the shoulders feel off. i have wide shoulders and got a xxl It doesn't feel small and is warm and comfortable for the most part. I love the zipper pockets I hate most pullovers have a single pocket. All that said it feels like when you put a shirt on backwards in the shoulders. it also has a button on the bottom of the hood so the wind doesn't bully you. 4.5/5 Read more
Exceeded my expectations. This is a high quality hoodie that is well constructed, with some heft and warmth. It is very soft and comfortable. The fabric has a smooth exterior, which gives it an elevated level of style. The fabric interior is fuzzy and warm. The hood is generous with great coverage in the wind and cold. There is a snap to tighten the hood for windy or frosty days. The sleeves have ribbed cuffs, also keeping out the cold. The pockets are especially nice, as they are traditional pockets (not kangaroo style pockets) with zippers! My cellphone fits comfortably inside the zipped pocket. My husband loves the hoodie, but so do I. He gets to keep it though ~ it may be too warm for me to wear as I tend to overheat in heavy clothing. My husband is 5 ft 9 in and about 175 pounds, and the Medium fits him, though a bit snug when worn with layers underneath it. The hoodie fabric is not stretchy. If anything, the Medium is a bit snug, so he might have been okay in a Large as well. This hoodie is a classic style and very practical for cold weather, Handsome too. Read more
