I adore these. Definitely expensive, but unfortunately for my wallet, worth it. The material is indeed very thin, to the point of alarm, but the fabric is opaque and I've owned one pair for over a year and a half without any issues. I'm pretty rough on clothing, too, no gentle cycles in my household. The fabric is loose, lightweight, and soft. The band is comfortable and tagless (There is the small tag on the exterior, which I find very quietly handy in helping determine the correct orientation when putting them on). Very quick drying and odor resistant. They do fit loose, and are stretchy, but I don't find this problematic, as I don't got anything to keep secure down there. I'm 5'7, around 145lb, and I find the mediums to fit great. I own 3 or 4 pairs and eagerly await acquiring more. Read more

These merino boxers are well made and comfortable. They wear well as a base layer and are both moisture wicking and odor resistant. The variety of colors make it fashionable as well. The fit is good with enough stretchiness and give for hiking long distances. It is a good value for the money. Read more

These Woolly boxers are the most comfortable for casual use out of any brand I've tried. Although I haven't tested every model from Smartwool, Icebreaker, etc, this pair of Woolly surpasses all the big name wool boxers I've ever worn for softness. Even the waistband is soft lined. I also like the innovative vertical fly, something I've never encountered before in any men's underwear of any kind. I liked these so much I had to go back & order additional pairs. I haven't yet put them to the test for all day sweating (hiking, backpacking, wildland firefighting, etc) & I might keep my Icebreaker & Smartwool brand merino wool undies devoted to those activities to keep my Woollys soft as long as possible. Cheers to this smaller company for making a world class pair of men's underwear. Read more

These are super comfortable for light duty and I like them. That said, I discovered they are definitely not good for hiking. They ride up like crazy and need to be readjusted constantly like nothing I've worn before. I stick with my exoficios for hiking but these are decent otherwise. Read more

Have had these 4 months and they are coming apart like the fibers are weak and thin. They are laundered in cold water on gentle and hang dry. Have other pairs that are fine. Maybe it’s just this color or they are defective Read more

These are light weight and high quality. My husband felt they were too baggy for him. If you like them snug to the leg these may not be for you. I ended up using them as wonderful PJ shorts. The sizing is accurate and they are super easy to wash and dry quickly. Great for travel too. They breathe really well as you sleep even with night sweats. I love cotton pj short bottoms and these are even better. Please make them in different colors for women and don't shorten the length/ inseam. Thanks. Please make these exactly the same way (without male version front opening) for woman! Read more
