True to size. These are from Asia so the size said xxl on the shorts tag (but I ordered 31-32 inch). Deep pockets held my cell phone well during my run. Not my favorite material for workouts. The material used on these is not stretchy which sort of bugged me during things like lunges and leg press. Definitely not recommended for lower body workouts but should be ok for general stuff like walking or jogging. Definitely not great for sports like basketball. Also the size was a bit small on the hips. The legs are fine but the hips fit like skinny jeans. Yes they fit, but not comfortably. I would suggest ordering one size up especially if you plan to work out in these. Negatives aside, they are good looking shorts. No loose ends or anything. These shorts are comfortable and lightweight. Design: I got the black version in size 41–42. I’m not sure what the material is since it's not listed on the product page, and the tag isn’t in English. However, it feels soft, light and breathable, and should be ideal for warmer weather. The waistband is elastic with an internal drawstring. There are zippered front pockets, which aren't overly deep, but they can hold a phone, wallet, and keys just fine. Each zipper has a string with a plastic end, which can be removed. There's also a reflective silver strip on the outer edge of each leg. The stitching seems ok. I did notice a few loose threads that’ll need trimming, but nothing major. Curiously, the tag lists these as 7XL. I know I'm big, but not that big! Fit and Use: I’m 6'4" and usually wear a 40" or 42" waist or XL/XXL. These shorts fit very well. The leg length ends about 3" above my kneecaps, which seems ideal. The elastic waistband holds comfortably without needing the drawstring. I don’t usually wear shorts with zippered pockets, and the zipper pulls feel a little odd when brushing against my hands while walking, so I may remove those. I find these shorts to be very comfortable. The fabric is 95% polyester and 5% spandex making them easy to wash and wear. I typically order shorts in a size medium or 31" so I ordered these in 31-32. The tag inside is labeled 2XL but I found them to run true to the 31-32 size ordered. The product page does not list a "length" but they seem to be a little longer than other 7" shorts I have. The main benefit of these shorts for me is how lightweight and easy care the fabric is. I've worn and washed them several times over the past month and they are holding up well. I have been using this a few times now, and they are great. They are very light and air-ery. Its kinda like a bathing suit or swim pants just with out the eh support stuff. Anyways, these are comfy enough that you could use them for sleeping in too. They are not cotton and are like a water resistant plastic but more comfy then that sounds.
