Bought this for my tall son in XL. (6'3") It covered his hips, but wasn't too long. Plenty warm and fit over his sweatshirt. He is a shorts and sweatshirt teen, all year long. So it was great that he thought it provided the warmth he needed and was not too bulky over the sweatshirt. He liked that the hood could be removed. Quality was great and the price was low.
