These days we've been inundated with "pre-worn" this, and "torn look" that, but a lot of us used to drop into the boutiques or shops in the mall and just got plain, straight cut jeans that fit well, and drape over your boots just right. These jeans are an honest homage to that type of look, cut, and style. The "lucky star" motif on the inner liner is an amusing touch, and the buttons, zippers and seams are all good quality. The thickness of the denim is on the lighter side, which in my part of the country is kind-of welcomed. They're durable enough, but also light and flexible enough to not feel like your legs are in an oven on a warmer day. Color is a timeless classic - and basically goes with just about anything. If you've never heard of or tried this brand of jeans, you don't know what you're missing. They are very nice quality. This pair is made from very nice denim. It has a nice distressed appearance on parts of them. They fit me very well, and the waist size is accurate. I know it's odd buying jeans without also having a length to go by, but every pair I've received from this brand has been the right length for me. I get the 30 waist, and I would guess the length falls between a 30 and 32. This is a very comfortable cut. It's not baggy but not tight either, it's a true relaxed fit. The 100% cotton fabric feels durable and substantial, which is exactly what I need for everyday work. They hold their shape all day and don't sag like stretch denim tends to do after a few hours of movement. The Dark Blue wash is a nice, deep indigo that looks sharp enough for a casual dinner but is rugged enough for the shop. Being non-stretch, they definitely require a 'break-in' period and a couple of washes before they really start to soften up and move with you comfortably. Also, because they are pure cotton, make sure to wash them in cold water so they don't shrink. Overall, a fine pair of jeans for the price if you prefer the old-school denim feel. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is that the fabric streaking is more extreme than the online photo. Read more

Nice Jean that is mostly cotton. It is straight leg but beware that the inseam on my pair of 36" waists was about 34 inches so I had to roll them up. They are very comfortable since on me they were very baggy. Lots of room in the legs and butt. I call them my clown jeans because of the colorful stars sewn in the waste band. Read more
These jeans are very comfortable while looking great. I was really impressed with the extra reinforcement on the inside where there's often a tear out. It's made with a good quality metal zipper and button. The pockets are a good size and deep enough. I wore these on an oversees trip and they were very comfortable on the flights and when walking. I selected these jeans in the dark blue color and a 32 waist. Out of the package the jeans look really nice. They are dark but still have some acid wash effect. The material feels like any other denim and is a comfortable weight. I was concerned about the description which says they are "Non-stretch cotton denim". I personally like my pants to have a bit of stretch particularly in the waist. I found these to fit true to size and even with the non-stretch of the description they were very comfortable.
