The aesthetic/style for Ren Faire/Viking/viking/D&D is on point, down to the bad quality fabrics. I'm not a big fan of it being a bit itchy, but the husband seems not to notice it. Got this shirt to start a renaissance festival outfit. The material is that old school rough cotton feel. It's a bit scratchy at first, but that is absolutely the intention of this type of shirt. The fit and length are true to size. Taking off one star because, although the listing states it doesn't, I really with it came with the pictured belt.
