The pair I ordered were the black and red ripped jeans (called Black Red 2) They are very soft and stretchable material. Very comfortable to wear. I literally opened the package, cut off the tag, put them on and went out that night. These style jeans are a slim fit with a straight leg. So they are not the super skinny type that hug your legs like a second skin (not to mention difficult to take off) but at the same time they are not a relaxed fit either. I'd call them 'snug' soft of right between the two. Of course all of that depends on your leg size, so for helping you decide I am 6' and 160lb and don't have huge thighs. But the cool thing about the material is it's very stretchy. For instance the waist size. The pair I got are a 32 waist. Laying them flat on my bed they measure more like 30" but they easily stretch out to 32 and are still comfortable with room to stretch further. I stretched them out to almost 33.5" at which point I felt they reached the limit. The stretch is nice, helps keep them from falling down without the need of a belt, but at the same time I didn't find them too tight against my gut. The inseam measured at 29.5" which concerned me a bit before ordering since I usually prefer more like a 34" length. But surprisingly they fit nice, including the length. They have a mid-rise so they sit lower on your waist, but not super low like a low rise would. The inside of this color choice (Black Red 2) has the entire inside of the jeans a red color which looks very cool. So if you want to fold up the leg cuff the red stands out nice. For me personally cuffing them might make them a little too short depending on the type of shoe I was pairing it with. The distressed rips are a little too precisely placed for my liking, preferring a more random look. However the rips do go all the way through the material exposing the inside red material and expose bare leg skin. Overall, I'm fairly impressed with these shredded skinny jeans, which arrived exactly as imaged in the listing, being true to both size, shape, color, and style, and definitely being one of my favorite fits. The material on these jeans is strong but smooth and comfortable, and the distressing on it is definitely higher quality. And while I know that this sounds counterintuitive, there's almost an attention to detail that is visible in the given design. The fit is definitely true to size. As someone who has a longer leg, this is something that I greatly appreciate and one of the bigger problems that I struggle with, especially with some Amazon sellers. However, with this pair of jeans, even when they are pulled all the way up, there's still a little bit of extra length to cover the top part of my boots, which is very nice. Additionally, all of the distressed places on the front of the jeans are real holes. Even though there appears to be patchwork stitched underneath them, the patches do not actually exist, and the stitching is probably just to stop the distressing from ripping into the jeans further as they age, which is another significant attention to detail. The fit is true to size. The product description page has an accurate sizing chart that you can pull up near the size choices. The slim fit is accurate. It isn't too tight, and the stretch these jeans have help the fit to feel right, except for one area. From the waistband to the crotch, the jeans puff out too much. Almost like a diaper look. It isn't attention drawing, but my wife noticed it immediately. Wearing them, it feels puffy in that area. It doesn't affect comfort. So, we washed them and it improved some. I'm not sure if it is a sizing issue, a me issue, or the cut of the pants. I wear a lot of jeans and never had this problem. I still like them and plan on wearing them. I like how the distressed areas have the red distressed stitching for a color contrast. The slim fit is great, that fit looks good with sneakers. The sizing is good fit. The jeans are a good value.
