The first thing I would note is that, even though I selected my normal shoe size, the length seems a bit long compared to the average shoe of that size. If you're like me and your size is a .5 rather than a whole number, I might suggest you try rounding down. In my case, a 10 might have been a better fit than the 10.5. I added a small adhesive pad to the interior, at the heel, to make up the difference. With that done, the shoes are quite comfortable. As for construction, they seem quite well made for the price. I found no oddities or errors in the assembly. Since I've only just received them I can't yet comment on their durability. I will say that the sole material seems to be a bit softer than average. I can't yet say how this will affect the longevity of the sole. However, it does make for a nicely cushioned step. For the price I would say these shoes are a good value.
