This is the second pair I bought of this shoe and color. There is plastic or something in the left shoe along the side of where the pinkie toe sits. It rubs the toe and irritates it (even with socks on). There is no way to pull this plastic or glue or whatever it is out. I thought it was an anomaly with the first pair I bought so I returned them and got another pair...to my disappointment it was the same way. Not sure if it's just a quality control issue with the color I bought (grey) or if it's the same with other colors. The shoe itself was very comfy. Can't comment on how it works outdoors in cold weather because I never made it that far. I normally wear an 8.5 in womens and this fit really well, though if you are going to wear really thick socks with them it might be really tight for some. The velcro on this side is hard to pull apart but I guess that is a good thing since it means it can be very secure. Price is not bad compared to some I have seen...just wish it didn't have that issue in the left foot. Read more
