It may be me, but I find it very difficult to use! An instruction video would help. Quality, and sharpness is on point. So I'm not exactly a wizard with a straight razor, and will say that this required a little bit of practice for me. There certainly was a learning curve, and in some cases I found it a little bit awkward trying to do double duty of holding the template in place, while focusing intently on not cutting the bejesus out of myself with the straight razor, which is extremely sharp. It certainly takes practice, and patience. That being said, once you get the hang of it, you can achieve some pretty impressive results. I have to admit, I have ordered a product or two similar to this that I didn't expect much out of. One was this strap that I wear around the back of my neck in order to give myself a line in the back of my head in order to cleanly rid myself of the hairs on the nape of my neck. I thought that tool would be garbage, but it turns out it was amazing. When I saw this one four straight lines on the beard, I didn't expect much either. I'm not going to say that it's amazing, but I am getting better with it, and it does work pretty well. I'd certainly recommend taking your time if you're not terribly experienced with a straight edge, like I wasn't. As far as achieving a nice symmetrical line on both sides of my face, I can say with confidence that it does help. All in all, it's a very inexpensive tool too try to improve your overall finish, when it comes to self grooming. I feel like it might be one of those things that continues to grow on me, and soon I'll feel like why haven't I had this all along. It's a small investment, so I would recommend giving it a try.
