When I think of bamboo, I think of panda bears sitting around chomping on sticks. Or movies where jungle explorers are desperately chopping at giant bamboo stalks to get where they are going, or the super light and strong woody material that is becoming more and more common in cutting boards and kitchen utensils. Tough and strong. What I don’t think about when thinking about bamboo is “wow I’ll bet that would be really comfy underwear”. At least not until now. I don’t know what they do with the bamboo, but these underwear as super soft and comfortable. I’ve been wearing them most of the week (it’s a 4 pack, I’m not wearing the same pair 4 days in a row), and am super impressed. I got the all black pack, but there is another option to get 4 colors - I think I’ll get those next. The fabric will surprise you unless you already know about bamboo fabrics. They are stretchy and durable, the seams are well done, the fit is perfect. The fabric seems to be airy and great at wicking moisture - I haven’t felt “swampy” at all while wearing them. Although I will say this about the fit - look at the sizing chart before you add these to your cart. All my current underwear is size Large and fit perfectly. These are a 2XL and fit me perfectly. If I had purchased Large I would probably have to use a pry bar to get them on and off. At time of purchase then run about $10 a pair which is a great value for premium men’s underwear. Read more
