Well, I canceled my initial order because it was late. Months later I did order these shoes They are quite affordable I use them five days a week at work doing over 20,000 steps a day and hardly any wear Notice the toes are fine and that’s after at least 30-40 minutes of on my knees dragging my feet as I work Inside still looks new (I wear socks) Size is true to size Overall wear excellent Con: for older folks with a hip replacement it’s slightly difficult to slip on I have severe flat feet and surprisingly they are comfortable even though they don’t have the best arc support I actually did not open the wrapped shoes for weeks because they didn’t come in a box but shrink wrapped; it was off putting Read more

These shoes are harder to slip on than my shoes that have laces. they are barely there, which is great, but if you are buying these shoes you might want to get them in a half a size or full size larger than you need. Because they are far too difficult to slip on as is. While they are comfortable once on, I think shoes obviously this lightweight and barely there should be easier to... slip on... Read more

I bought these shoes because the product title and description made them seem like running shoes. They are labeled as “athletic” and show up in searches for running footwear, so I assumed they were appropriate for light jogging. After about two weeks of casual running, I started getting knee pain. A friend who runs pointed out that these shoes don’t have the cushioning or support needed for running, and that’s when I realized they’re really meant for walking or casual use, not running. It’s a shame, because I actually liked the design and how they look. That’s one of the reasons I chose them in the first place. What’s disappointing is the way these are marketed. I think the brand should update the product title and description to clearly state what these shoes are actually for. Leaving it vague or misleading can easily lead to people using them for running and ending up with pain or injury like I did. I hope this gets corrected so other buyers don’t go through the same thing I did and use the money to buy the thing they intended to in the first place. Read more

These things shocked me. I bought them purely out of curiosity — the kind of curiosity that leads to either great discoveries or great disappointments — and I ended up with one of the best cheap-shoe wins of my life. Let’s be honest: these aren’t true slip-ons. When your foot isn’t inside them, the upper collapses like a defeated sock puppet. You do have to sit down to put them on. But once they’re on? They hug your ankle like a soft athletic sock and feel surprisingly secure and breathable. The weight is feather-level. I’m talking: “Did they forget to attach the soles?” light. Now, the downside: the insole. Or should I say… the suggestion of an insole. The ghost of cushioning. After 9 hours on a grocery store floor, the bottoms of my feet were basically yelling, “Sir, we need reinforcements!” So I added cheap aftermarket insoles — and boom. These $19.99 mystery-brand shoes instantly transformed into some of the most comfortable work shoes I own. They’re perfect once you give them that tiny upgrade. If you want a pair of comfortable, breathable, lightweight everyday shoes that cost less than dinner at McDonald’s, these are a steal. Even if you’re a Skechers snob, you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Additional Details Amazon Requested: • Style: Looks very similar to Skechers slip-on athletic shoes — simple, clean, sporty design. • Flexibility: The sole and upper bend easily; very flexible overall. • Color: Solid black (the pair I bought). • Waterproof: Absolutely not. These will soak up water like a sponge if they get wet. For twenty bucks? Impossible to go wrong. Five stars. Fully earned. Read more
