I’m a 34 waist and they fit comfortable. The waist on these are fitted to the waist and open up as they go down your legs, inseam is 32. Purchased a large and they fit slightly baggy but comfortable with enough room to move around with ease. Could have went with medium but I think that would have been fitted.
